WHAT IS ATOMIX?
ATOMIX is your ultimate MIX combining Cardio, High Intensity Interval and Strength Training in an energetic club atmosphere. The 55 minutes group workout alternates between high intensity cardio interval training on the treadmill and targeted strength exercises on the floor. This effective full body workout stimulates the cardiovascular system, boosts the fat burning process and builds and tones muscles fast.
Due to the After burn effect, which results from the High Intensity Interval Training, you will burn up to 1000 calories per Session. We provide a perfect workout for every fitness level. You choose your own level of training intensity and pace as we offer different levels on the treadmills – beginners, intermediate and advance.
The workout can suit each person’s fitness needs and abilities. Our professional Trainers will guide you through an intense Workout Session and will push you to your limits in a supportive environment of energetic music beats and empowering studio ambiance.

EQUIPMENT WE USE
At Atomix, our philosophy is to have the best instructors and high-end equipment to bring out the best workout in our clients. We have chosen the Woodway Treadmills as they are very joint-friendly and for their versatility – even professional athletes trust in them. Aside from the usual speed and incline positions, we also use them in “dynamic mode” that allows more exercises that target the core. They are quiet and offer superior comfort. They are also eco-friendly and utilize only half the electricity of your standard gym machine.
Dumbbells are available ranging from 2kg to 20kg. Training mats, stretch- and resistance bands are also used.
