Hygiene concept
The following hygiene concept refers to the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute in accordance with the Corona Ordinance of Β§ 2 para. 1 s. 2 and s.
The following documents are accepted:
2G+
Fully vaccinated or recovered more than 3 months ago, plus a negative test not older then 24h OR if within the last 3 months you either recovered or had a booster, no test needed. All clients must present above mentioned documents upon arrival at the studio.
Keep distance
Access to our studios is through a separate entrance in the front building and is directly accessible from the street, so there is no contact with residents. also the minimum distance is marked directly upon entering on the studio floor to the changing and training rooms.
Disinfection
- The relevant hygiene regulations regarding cleaning and disinfection are observed.
- All dumbbells, treadmills as well as benches are thoroughly cleaned with a virucidal disinfectant between workouts by our participants.
- Each participant receives a fresh towel during the workout. The used towels are then washed at 90Β°c with the addition of antibacterial detergents.
Ventilation
Continuous ventilation in the training room is ensured by powerful exhaust systems during opening hours.
Participant documentation
- The necessary customer details are permanently stored in our online booking system by name and according to their participation. This ensures a complete attendance record of all workouts and the contact to all customers at any time.
- First and last name, email address as well as time and duration of participation are stored for at least four weeks after the workout and are protected against inspection by third parties.
- In addition, participation records can be handed over to the relevant authorities at any time upon request.
To our community
- Please stay home if you feel ill or notice symptoms of illness. Especially in case of fever, respiratory problems and loss of taste.
- All participants will be informed in advance of the measures taken and how to maintain the minimum distance.
- The Atomix check-in process is completely contactless.
Atomix Team
- Our team is trained to notify customers in case of non-compliance with hygiene measures.
- All staff wear mouth and nose protection, except for trainers during workouts.
