The world of fitness has been with me for many years. I studied sports, I love atmosphere of group training and motivating to a healthy lifestyle. The combination of strength training with cardio is my favorite form of training that’s why I’m excited about the Atomix concept.
My fitness goal as a coach after you have motivated yourself to train is to help you go through the hard path of determination to introduce you to the world of habit and end up with an addiction that triggers joy and energy in you. I will make you a little healthier while having fun, and no matter what fitness level you represent. With gently push you will exceed your comfort zone. During my class you will experience team spirit, house music and effective training!
