Sports and action is a huge part of my life, and has always been. I’ve been working as a coach since over five years now and love every second about it. Why? There is nothing more rewarding than helping others to strive for new goals and to become stronger with more endurance. I will teach you the basics and beyond that are crucial for distinct fitness performance, satisfying body feeling, motivation and patience.

These are the key elements all of my sessions build on, so that in the long run, you will reach your individual goals – become fit, define your muscles and just feel good within!
