“Grow through what you go through”

Only since my late teenage-years sports, and a healthy lifestyle have become relevant to me. Before I was struggling with low self-esteem, body shaming and a strict regime controlling my eating habits leading to health issues. Incorporating a lifestyle of fitness and healthy eating habits have taught me a new way of living connecting body and soul.

My motivation as a trainer and coach is to reach as many people as possible to follow my path. You will engage witha new mindset pushing your body to new highs!
